We developed Youdera to be an IoT based data analytics digital services platform able to read performance data from installed solar generation systems using industry standard IoT data communications modules we built that include energy meters, CT power sensors and mobile Internet gateways. Youdera also serves a dual purpose by functioning as a comprehensive billing engine for on-charging energy users who choose to buy their solar electricity from a shared system rather than invest in their own, say a tenant in an apartment building or a homeowner in modern smart clean energy neighbourhood.
With Youdera an individual customer can know with accuracy the performance of their solar energy generation system. For a school principal, an apartment building owner or an urban developer of clean energy neighbourhoods our system scales such that whether its schools, tenants or neighbourhood homeowners you can monitor with accuracy energy usage, dynamically adjust for energy usage trends and, with shared roof-top systems you can securely on-charge consumers for their share of the resulting solar electricity generated by the shared system.
